Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At 363zk, we are committed to providing a safe, secure, and responsible gaming environment for all our members. While online betting can be an exciting form of entertainment, we recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem that affects their personal lives, relationships, and financial well-being.

Responsible gaming means ensuring that betting remains what it should be: a leisure activity, not a way to make money or escape from problems. It means being aware of the risks, setting boundaries, and knowing when to stop. 363zk is dedicated to promoting healthy gambling habits, preventing underage gambling, and providing support to those who may need help.

This page outlines the tools, resources, and measures we have in place to help you maintain control over your gaming activities. We encourage all members to read this information carefully and to use the tools available if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.

Important: Gambling Should Never Be...

  • A way to make money or pay off debts
  • An escape from personal problems, stress, or depression
  • Done with money you cannot afford to lose
  • Pursued when you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Used to "chase" losses by betting more to recover what you have lost
  • Something that interferes with work, family, or personal responsibilities

Age Restriction: 21+ Only

363zk strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from creating an account or using our services. This age restriction is rigorously enforced through our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which requires all members to provide a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and selfie photograph.

Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. The developing brain is particularly vulnerable to addictive behaviors, making it crucial to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's internet usage and to use parental control software if needed.

What Happens If Underage Gambling Is Detected

  • The account will be immediately and permanently closed
  • All funds in the account will be forfeited (not returned)
  • The incident will be documented for regulatory reporting
  • Legal action may be taken if identity documents were falsified

If you suspect that a minor has created an account on 363zk, please report it immediately to our customer support team at [email protected].

Responsible Gaming Tools at 363zk

363zk provides several tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activities. These tools are available through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. We encourage you to use them proactively.

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much money you can deposit into your 363zk account. Once you reach your limit, you will not be able to deposit additional funds until the time period expires.

How to Set: Log in to your account, go to Settings > Responsible Gaming > Deposit Limits. Choose your limit amount and period (daily, weekly, monthly). Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Time-Out Period

Take a break from gambling by temporarily suspending your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in, place bets, or access your account in any way.

How to Set: Contact our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp and request a time-out. Specify the duration (24 hours to 90 days). Time-outs cannot be reversed once activated, so choose your period carefully.

Self-Exclusion

Permanently or long-term close your 363zk account for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion is designed for members who feel they have lost control over their gambling and need a serious intervention.

How to Set: Contact customer support and request self-exclusion. You will need to confirm your identity and intention. Choose between 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent closure. During self-exclusion, all access is blocked, and you will be unable to reopen your account until the period expires.

Loss Limits

Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period (daily, weekly, monthly). Once you reach your loss limit, you will be prevented from placing further bets until the period resets.

How to Set: Available through Settings > Responsible Gaming > Loss Limits. Set your maximum loss amount and period. Losses are calculated as total wagers minus total winnings. Decreasing a loss limit takes effect immediately; increasing requires a 24-hour delay.

Session Time Limits

Control how long you can stay logged in during a single session. When your session time expires, you will be automatically logged out and must wait a specified cool-down period before logging back in.

How to Set: Settings > Responsible Gaming > Session Limits. Choose your maximum session duration (1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours) and optional cool-down period (15 minutes to 1 hour between sessions).

Marketing Opt-Out

Stop receiving promotional emails, SMS messages, and notifications about bonuses, special offers, and new games. Reducing gambling-related marketing can help you maintain distance from betting activities.

How to Set: Settings > Notifications > Uncheck "Receive promotional communications." You can also click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any promotional email. You will still receive essential account and security notifications.

Reality Check

363zk displays periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been logged in and your current balance. These reminders appear every 60 minutes by default and can help you stay aware of your gaming duration. You cannot disable reality check reminders — they are a mandatory responsible gaming feature.

Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling, also known as compulsive gambling or gambling disorder, is a behavioral addiction characterized by an inability to control gambling behavior despite negative consequences. It can affect anyone, regardless of age, income level, or background.

Warning Signs to Watch For

If you or someone you know exhibits several of the following signs, it may indicate a gambling problem:

  • Preoccupation with gambling: Constantly thinking about past gambling experiences, planning the next betting session, or thinking about ways to get more money to gamble
  • Needing to bet more: Requiring increasingly larger bets or taking bigger risks to achieve the same level of excitement (tolerance)
  • Inability to stop: Repeated unsuccessful attempts to cut back or stop gambling
  • Restlessness or irritability: Feeling anxious, restless, or irritable when attempting to reduce or stop gambling
  • Escape mechanism: Gambling to escape problems, relieve feelings of helplessness, guilt, anxiety, or depression
  • Chasing losses: Returning the next day to try to win back money lost (chasing losses)
  • Lying: Lying to family members, therapists, or others to conceal the extent of gambling involvement
  • Jeopardizing relationships: Risking or losing important relationships, jobs, or educational/career opportunities because of gambling
  • Financial dependence: Relying on others to provide money to relieve desperate financial situations caused by gambling
  • Borrowing and debt: Accumulating debt, borrowing money from family/friends, or selling possessions to fund gambling
  • Neglecting responsibilities: Missing work, school, or family obligations due to gambling
  • Mood swings: Experiencing extreme highs when winning and severe lows when losing

Take Action If You Recognize These Signs

If you recognize several of these warning signs in yourself, it is important to take action immediately. Problem gambling rarely resolves on its own and typically worsens over time without intervention.

What to do right now:

  • Set a deposit limit or take a time-out from your 363zk account

Tips for Healthy Gambling

If you choose to gamble, following these guidelines can help you keep it fun and under control:

Before You Start

  • Set a budget: Decide how much money you can afford to lose before you start betting. Never gamble with money needed for bills, rent, food, or other essentials.
  • Set a time limit: Decide in advance how long you will gamble. When your time is up, log out regardless of whether you are winning or losing.
  • Gamble sober: Never gamble when intoxicated or under emotional stress. Alcohol and drugs impair judgment and increase impulsive behavior.
  • Understand the odds: All casino games and most betting markets favor the house in the long run. Accept that the house edge means you are likely to lose over time.

While Gambling

  • Never chase losses: If you lose your budgeted amount, stop. Do not deposit more money trying to "win it back." Chasing losses almost always leads to bigger losses.
  • Take breaks: Step away from the screen regularly. Every 30-60 minutes, take a 5-10 minute break to clear your head.
  • Keep perspective: Remember that gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. Wins are lucky bonuses, not guaranteed income.
  • Don't borrow to gamble: Never borrow money from friends, family, or financial institutions to fund gambling. This is a major warning sign of problem gambling.

After Gambling

  • Accept losses: Losing is part of gambling. Accept losses as the cost of entertainment and move on.
  • Withdraw winnings: If you win, consider withdrawing your winnings rather than continuing to play with them.
  • Monitor your behavior: Keep track of how much time and money you spend gambling. If the amounts are increasing, take a break.
  • Maintain balance: Ensure gambling does not interfere with work, family, hobbies, or other aspects of your life.

For Family and Friends

If you are concerned about a loved one's gambling behavior, it can be difficult to know how to help. Here are some guidelines:

  • Educate yourself: Learn about problem gambling, its signs, and available resources before approaching your loved one.
  • Choose the right time: Have the conversation when both of you are calm and sober, not during or immediately after a gambling session.
  • Express concern, not judgment: Use "I" statements (e.g., "I'm worried about you") rather than accusatory "you" statements. Avoid labels like "addict" or "gambler."
  • Be specific: Point to specific behaviors or consequences you have observed (missed work, debt, mood changes) rather than making general accusations.
  • Offer support: Let them know you want to help and are willing to assist them in finding professional help.
  • Set boundaries: You can offer emotional support, but do not enable the behavior by lending money, paying debts, or covering up consequences.
  • Take care of yourself: Living with or caring for someone with a gambling problem is stressful. Consider seeking support for yourself through organizations like Gam-Anon (for family members of problem gamblers).

Gam-Anon: Support for Families

Gam-Anon is a fellowship for the families and friends of compulsive gamblers. Similar to Gamblers Anonymous but focused on supporting loved ones, Gam-Anon offers free meetings and a 12-step program.
